Technical assessment of waterproofing systems and construction methods for below-ground structures at building foundations, including core sampling and mechanical openings. Inspection of water evacuation and drainage systems at the foot of facades. Analysis of foundation works and backfill implementation. Verification of technical details and materials in accordance with current Swiss standards SIA 272 & 318.

Technical compliance and waterproofing assessment of pipelines, drainage systems, wastewater/sewer conduits (EP/EU), and utility connection chambers. Evaluations include pipe cleaning and maintenance, CCTV drain surveys (camera inspections), mechanical excavation of buried sections, full technical reporting compliant with municipal regulations, cantonal standards, and current Swiss standards VSA 592.000.

Technical waterproofing assessment of bridges in compliance with VSS standards and OFROU federal directives.

Technical examinations through inspections in accordance with project specifications and planning documentation. Our interventions and reports include core sampling, on-site testing and laboratory verifications, fully documented in compliance with current Swiss standards SIA and VSS.
